There is no minimum subscription term. You may cancel at any time in one click from your account or by emailing info@zelyvo.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.
No further charge is made after cancellation.
The 48-hour trial is charged at €1. If you believe the service did not match what was advertised, contact us and we will review each refund request in good faith.
We provide a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied during the first month, email us and we will work with you to find a solution.
After cancellation, you may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time in accordance with our privacy policy.
